About Kheer
Kheer is a rice pudding made across Nepal, it is similar to rice but cooking on some occasion. One of the most favorite Nepali dessert kheer can be made quickly and easily with just a few ingredients. Kheer is indeed the perfect dish to celebrate a festival or just prepare it as dessert at home after a hearty dinner. Ingredients of Rice is called Kheer.

- Prepared Time is 10 minutes
- Cooking Time is 25 minutes
- Total Cooking Time 35 minutes
Ingredients of Kheer
- Milk with full cream(Fresh Milk)
- cup washed rice
- ½ cup sugar
- Golden Raisins
- Green cardamoms
- ½ Cup Ghee
- Nuts, Cashew, Fiesta and Coconuts
- almonds(shredded), blanched
How to Make Kheer?
- Boil the rice and milk in a deep pan.
- Simmer over low flame, stirring occasionally till the rice is cooked and the milk becomes thick.
- When done add sugar, raisins and cardamoms.
- Stir till sugar gets dissolved properly.
- Transfer into a serving dish and garnish with almonds.
- Serve hot or chilled.
